Well today was great news fellas. I finally bought some prime land in Southern Arizona (2.5 acres) and am going to start my year long project of transforming it into a relaxed zen of an oasis (fancy words for a tiny house with a patio lol). Soon to be living mortgage free, working less hours, and focusing on building my teaching and tutoring business (one of my true passions in life [don't particularly like the conventional get a Masters slave debt and then dealing wth all the politics that goes on in colleges nowadays]).

This would have never been possible with a woman swaying my mind or telling me what they thought would be the best for 'us' and that 'us' would be in tact so long as I played in my confined play pen aka. her way or the highway. Even a year ago I thought I was going to do the usual retire at 65 and hope to God my health stays in tact enough to do all the things I've wanted to in life - but at 25 I'm finally able to move in the direction of getting to accomplish all my life's dreams.

Now that the world is your oyster guys, I encourage all of you to find the things in life that you want to do and go out and do them before it's too late! Bless up :)
