I'm not saying a Unicorn or NAWALT doesn't exist.

It's just that stuff like this is kind of similar to virtue signalling, with women talking about how they're different and special compared to the female norm in order to gain attention. They will quite happily insult other women or female nature in order to elevate themselves.
