Some will assume these sorts of laws are to facilitate an easier ride on the carousel. By removing the betas, they can hop from alpha to alpha and not have to deal with "lesser men" talking to them. At a glance, this explanation fits.

However, I believe I can offer a more accurate explanation.

One thing people keep forgetting is the way women shame each other. Not because they don't want to ride the carousel, but because they're jealous of how proficient others can ride it. So, while they continue to make it more dangerous for the average man, the jealousy women feel toward each other for banging the alpha will end up causing things to spiral out of control until every single man will be effected by it. And I'm talking gay men as well as straight men. This isn't just a weapon women will use on betas.

Now, some might argue that this is simply a conclusion that the feminists never considered, but think about it for a moment. Women do understand each other on a subconscious level. They will never be open about it and might not even realize it themselves, but women do understand how women act. The female "own group preference" only extends to protection from those outside the group. In other words: Men. When women are without men, they become extremely aggressive toward each other. So a feminist would understand at least this much, even if they wont admit it to themselves. They would know passing laws like that will end they way I described.

So why, then, would they pass those kinds of laws?

Is it the feminist hatred of men? I'd say that's part of it.

The main reason is actually really simple: To justify their own existence. I'll explain further:

Every year the number of rapes and violent crimes decreases. Even with the BLM morons claiming black people are being attacked everywhere, violent crime is declining. Even with feminists screeching about rape culture, rape is on the decline. This means that every year, there is less reason for the continued existence of the feminist movement. This is why feminists cling so tightly to the "1 in 4" statistic, despite how obviously wrong it is.

MGTOW is growing. Feminists have alienated men who have any shred of self-respect. This is causing women to back away from the movement. Most women, while childish, don't actually HATE men. In fact, half the reason for the cock carousel is because of how much they LOVE cock. Every year, more and more men abandon society's expectations for them and go their own way. Most don't even call themselves MGTOW. Women can sense this. They can see that there are fewer cocks on the carousel. So feminism is losing both men and women.

So, my conclusion is simply: Passing laws like in the thread linked above, is an attempt by feminists to retain control by increasing the amount of reported cases of rape each year. By defining almost every interaction a man and woman can have as a form of rape or sexual assault, feminists will increase the rape numbers, thus creating a panic in women. When women panic, men's natural desire to protect women will kick in. Women will be afraid and men will white knight. Thus rejoining the feminist collective.
