Note the article's title, as if to say the lecturer sent child porn to his student, unwanted and unsolicited. When on further reading it was actually made and exchanged by both parties. Rather than send both parties to prison, judge deems the "clearly vulnerable" woman should not go and in fairness then, neither should the man.
