I'm sure pussy pass is a factor here considering that women are wonderful. However, male doctors work more hours and more overtime and also dominate specializations such as heart surgery and neuroscience where things can go wrong, both of which expose them to more lawsuits.

Gee... complex and multi-factorial. Could one of those "factors" be similar to the reason that men get convicted at higher rates (even relative to arrest and indictment), or that they get longer sentences? Namely that they are MEN, and thus held more accountable, rather than women who are handed a "pussy pass".

Nah, it couldn't be that.
