Females: Play in "game-for-kids" mode for the first third of their life. While doing so they have to find a good team partner (a lousy beta provider) before the time limit is reached (hitting the wall).

They found a a team partner and play the rest of the game on a medium difficulty as some poor bastard HAS to pay for them but at the same time they get less free things because they become fat and the sagging breasts achievement is imminent.
They didn't find a team mate because they missed doing so because of being entitled much through being showered with too much of cum variety and ending up alone. They never learned how to play the game without a teampartner and thus the difficulty drastically changes to "deathwish"-mode.

Males: The game diffuculty increases as men reach adulthood and eventually reaches "hardmode". Through years of training, skill and collecting experiences many men learn how the play the game on hardmode.
