-MGTOW isn't against sex. Having sex and shaping your life around what women want to get sex as your life goal are two different things. Some men choose to be celibate others don't. We simply don't make life choices to get laid. MGTOW is against marriage (some will protest this, but the arguments are pretty weak) which is a slave contract in which the man has everything to lose if it goes sour. It robs him of complete sovereignty.

-Love. Sorry to burst your bubble that is just physiology and biology. Oxytocin, pheromones, pair bonding, etc. There is no "bond of love" (some spiritual oneness). It really is just down to genetic replication. Your problem is that you think you will lose certain things if you go the MGTOW route. Well, the things you are talking about are illusions anyway. It is like a religious person not wanting to become an atheist because they will lose the idea and comfort of God. Tough shit, he wasn't there in the first place. You are just sobering up to the dark reality beneath the fantasy. Men and women are biological animals with respective behaviors and strategies they have adapted which suites their respective goals best. Mammalian females will always seek resources and stability from men while men will always seek the acquisition of sex both leading to the main goal of gene replication. Hypergamy will always be the best route. You said you can't turn your biology off well that also applies to women. So any dream of a woman loving you for you simply doesn't hold water in the context of biology. The difference is that female value is becoming a non-issue with the advent of artificial wombs in a century or less.

-Modern civilization regardless of cultural variation is inherently Gynocentric on a biological level (this was the most evolutionarily successful strategy in terms of inter-group competition). If you're interested I wrote about this in depth in regards to cultural group selection in a recent post called "Hypothesis on Segregation." In the end, this means women are prized as more valuable than men who are designated as utilities, beats of burden, and disposable resource machines that keeps the machine of society churning along. This is reflected in the privileged position of women in our courts system especially where fathers are literally designated as less valuable than mothers.

If you can accept all of the above I have mentioned and what I'm sure my brothers here will also post then you frankly can't be helped. If you don't see that your longing is a longing for non-existent things that you will be forever bereft of then you are stuck in the blue-pill world.

MGTOW and TheRedPill is about a man becoming a man, albeit they go about it in different ways.

Many people define being a man as "being excellent in every way".

I define it as abolishing all validation and approval seeking and having approval come from within. You must internally motivate yourself to become as close to perfect as possible.

You are shorter than 6 foot. You cannot change that. You can change your weight and physical appearance. Flashback to nerdy, 5'10" 240 pound me with pockmarked face, long greasy hair, and body odor. Today I am 5'11" (have grown one inch), 165 lbs, short cut hair and clean skin. I am completely toned and athletic build. Many gorgeous women I used to dream of but never would have had a chance with are now on my list of ex-bangs. Women stare at me when I walk down the street.

It took about 2 years of hard work to make that happen. But it is possible.

The thing to remember is, do not seek validation externally. Being MGTOW is about disregarding women and their opinion of you. I take it one step further and disregard most men and as well as disregarding everyone's opinion of me (I can take criticism and learn from it, and actually love criticism, but I do not seek validation from anyone and in the end the only opinion I value is my own).

So basically, an MGTOW is someone who seeks no validation. So you can be a fat, lazy bum and not care. TheRedPill is about not seeking validation, but also about internally motivating yourself to become better every day than you were the last. Most redpill men are very fit and attractive.
