u/thrownaway_MGTOW was a good man who went his own way. I learned a lot from him and I regret not having the opportunity to see more from him. I hope he thinks the same about my contributions here.

I wish him well, but he doesn't need my well wishes; I think he will be fine wherever he goes. He had his head on straight and he was no fool.

Now I don't know what happened, specifically, but whatever happened, we shouldn't use this to sow division among us as men. I'm not going to use this tragedy to throw accusations or hate at u/thrownaway_MGTOW, or the mods, or any man who is going his own way.

What I am going to do, and what we ought to do, is to follow the example that u/thrownaway_MGTOW left for us to do as free men, committed to maintaining this sub as the freest, most truthful place on earth for male sovereignty and male discourse. Which includes the following:

1) No special toleration, supplication, or consideration towards females who make unsolicited posts in this male space. This is a male sovereign space where men talk about what they want to talk about as men. u/thrownaway_MGTOW understood that women do not respect male space, and that their gynocentric entitlement to voice their opinions as if it is the only opinion that ought to matter is the reason we have so few forums to speak the truth as men. Attempts at drama, drawing attention away from the real concerns of the men who depend on this forum, unwanted female input as to how we ought to conduct our affairs and the like ought to be considered by every man here as targeted, threatening, harassing conduct no different than if one of us were to post an unsolicited text post on r/XXchromosomes, r/feminism, or r/thebluepill. Unsolicited female posts in this men's forum ought to be called out and reported for violations of the rules. If they want to talk, they can link to another forum. But not in our house.

2) No unsolicited text posts from men who aren't frequent posters here who find aspects of this forum "problematic" or "hateful" or "pathetic" or "negative" ought to go unchallenged or unreported as a violation of Rules 6 and 7. This is a place where men talk about what they need to talk about, without censure, and the suggestions from those outsiders who refuse to acknowledge this are not helping matters, but are undermining the unapologetic, uncompromising right to speak the truth that u/thrownaway_MGTOW believed in with every post he made.

If we believed in anything that u/thrownaway_MGTOW stood for, we need to keep each other accountable, as he always did, for maintaining this important resource for men. So if he ever does come back, he'll have a subreddit to come back to. That's what I think we ought to do.

Part of going your own way, for me, is accepting loss. Just like it is foolish to depend on a marriage to last forever, or a career to last forever, I think the reality is that nobody lasts forever, and we have to develop the confidence and strength as men to rise to the occasion when circumstances change. I miss a lot of the old posters here, like "The Burning Bush" u/Isaiah4verse1 and u/SergeantDickhead ; they made a lot of good contributions too. But we also have a lot of new posters who can develop into good resources as well, and they need our help in protecting the space so that they might enjoy the freedom and the insight we have here to share.

Protect the space. Do not sow discord with your fellow man. Learn from the old-timers so that you can shoulder the responsibility they bear, and pass the knowledge they gave you and your knowledge to the men who need a forum like this.

That's how I think u/thrownaway_MGTOW would want us to proceed.
