Hey there fellow brethren, I ran into redpill a few months ago, while I found the subject interesting I also found many posts to be circle jerks 'mirin each others alpha bro status, and all too frequently. However, it did show me the way to various good articles and written pieces on this ideology and started by reading the Misandry Bubble. By then I was very interested to learn and understand more. I went to Youtube and found the various MGTOW philosophers (some more than others...), went through Sandman, who I found bland and dogmatic. Dogmatic in the sense that much of what he says seems to be recycled information passed along with little to no proof or evidence of the claims he presents. I wanted a deeper understanding, I finally found the likes of Stardusk and Barbarossa, which finally started quenching my intellectual pursuit of this knowledge, which many others seemed to have but also lack reason to it. Now before I get too off track here, I want to address my main purpose in posting this, because it seems people easily slip into misinformed opinions on subjects because of the lack of reason and understanding behind the subject. Luckily I found Bar Bar, because without him, I wouldn't have seen the light of logic and sensibility to MGTOW. To me (and this is MY opinion) I truly believe that NAWALT's exist, as I have seen them first hand. Now I understand the "nature" and biology of the female, combined with the current predicaments we find ourselves in this modern day gynocentric society and the laws that follow marriage (divorce) which seem to always favor the female. BUT, do not allow yourself into myopic thinking and prejudgments of people all because of things you read other people say. I know most of you will probably say, "well no shit sherlock" however I fear this is more common than most people will let on to. If we want to further our society into the positive and evolve as a species together, we must learn from ideologies and apply it to our real lives and real life experiences. THIS is how we move forward, not by reiterating something someone else said from their point of view. I can't stress this enough, because I do see this and read this quite a bit. Men understanding on a base level what MGTOW is, but not understanding how it came to fruition, not grasping how things like traditionalism, feminism, and new world technology have had a part in sculpting our current day predicament, and then hear them spewing out "a NAWALT is a unicorn and therefore doesn't exist". While I will entertain the notion that especially in America, women are to seldom be trusted, there are good women out there, just on the same fact that there are good men and bad men out there. I guess what I'm saying here is to not generalize, because again that prohibits us from moving forward and progressing. However if you learn something new, something wonderful like MGTOW, have it in the back of your head, know what you know and apply it, but don't skew it to fit something that it isn't just because it suits your current situation. I'll give you a personal example, If I where to take what I hear from some MGTOW propagators (I won't name anyone, this is not a bashing post) as complete fact and the final word on MGTOW (which I realize is an oxymoron because we are about going our OWN way), how things are only black and white with women, that they're always going to cheat you, lie to you, steal from you, and use your resources. I would be quite confused; I have seen first hand happy married couples that never separated. Two family members of mine got married years ago, the man, do to excessive rock n roll and drugs, had a stroke, completely disabled. Did the woman leave him? No, she stuck it out and took care of him for the rest of his sad life, working two to three jobs barely getting by to pay his medical bills and ever the while still loving and caring for him. She eventually went slightly crazy as she got older from the stress and anti-depressant medication she was on, and was loosing grasp on reality. However she still stuck in there to the very end, until her husband passed away, and she soon followed after. Now this is just one example from my personal life obviously, many others may have similar stories, or exact opposite stories. I'm not saying that women won't leave you when your down on your luck for a better off man. I'm just saying that there are always exceptions to the "rules" so-to-speak. Some of you may disagree with me, or insist I've been hearing stupid MGTOW or dare I say MRA's faulty opinion on what MGTOW is. Sure, you could argue the things I've heard are not from reputable people. I still hear them all the same, from people portraying as MGTOW's, or what "MGTOW's believe", and this is important to not get twisted. Which brings me back to my main point of using your head and taking everything you hear with a grain of salt. At this point I'm probably just wasting my breath seeing as many of you going your own way are mostly intelligent men, well educated. So perhaps this is more directed towards new comers? I don't know, take from it what you will. I'm certainly not saying to keep your hopes up to find the "right" gal and put a ring on it, happy ever after blah blah blah, because it is highly risky to engage in such a process as marriage. I'm also not insinuating "come on man, girls aren't all that bad" "what are you afraid of them? They're not gunna bight your head off (they just might)". What I am really advocating is to be an individual and not jump on bandwagons . My final bit of advice would be, to actually go your own way, but to learn from others words of wisdom, learn your history, & learn from the great intelligent men who came before you.
