it's irrelevant because regardless of what she says she believes TODAY, the law/society is still completely on her side, and, knowing human nature, people will use whatever advantage they can when they change their minds about their relationship. It's a risk that simply is not worth one's effort. Whatever views she may express today are completely irrelevant.
