Why is the middle east so ungrateful? or Africans? or even Europe (West and east) or the Asians?

Almost every human being on the planet has had their quality of life improved considerably by scientific advances made primarily by American male citizens.. Almost every child worldwide eats consumables produced in the usa, the technology that powers your cars, your homes, even third world countries would be worse off without American technology.. Why is the world such an ungrateful bunch.. im not talking just women? they are another case entirely.. but the whole world seems to be biting the hand that has fed them forever?
