damn. I learned women can do tons of harm to men. I'm not afraid of them but I'm sure as shit not dumb enough to believe they're harmless.

Women can get men to kill each other, get police to arrest men on false charges, can steal your shit or can spy into your life and then share shit that will put you in jail or otherwise ruin your reputation, etc.

You gotta play it like poker, close to the chest.

Lincoln was wrong about what he thought he 'knew'.

I suppose you could say that he had no way to foresee how monstrous modern women would be, and how modern society would enable this monstrous behaviour.

I think Lincoln was right - woman can't hurt you if you don't let them get the chance. I don't know how the gender roles have changed since his time, and what he meant in his context, but it still applies.
