I have more of a serial killer house. Hardwood bachelor suite without any decorations at all. The only furniture is a fold-out couch and a coffee table. Both made out of human skin! Just kidding.

My dishes only get fully done once every few days, my couch is my main wardrobe and I only properly vacuum and mop just before inspections but otherwise my place isn't too bad.

I though it was funny. I actually have an apt like that. The funny part is that girls actually like it and find it funny. Its not filthy or dirty in anyway but yeah fold-able chairs and tables is the way to go. I like the idea that I could fit all my furniture in the trunk of my car and move in one day without anybodies help.My mom has all this heavy ass furniture and it has always been a pain in the ass. Its actually funny because that is the furniture I grew up with and I hear broke people all the time talking about how they would like to have wood furniture and glass tables. I dont tell them anything but I always think to myself "when my mom dies y'all can have it. Im not breaking my back moving that shit".

r/minimalism for those who wish to flip this around and say it's a lifestyle. I also highly, highly recommend the iRobot Roomba. It's the greatest thing I could have bought for myself living alone. I have two now it's so great.
