Napoleon Hill (the author of the "Think and Grow Rich" book this is taken from, or a part of) was a complete and total fraud who sold his "secret knowledge" (ala "The Secret") via a lot of delusional lies -- and whose only "successful" business was selling this book on "how to be successful" (otherwise he was a many-times over bankrupt failure).

Not all that different than the ridiculously over-hyped "Dale Carnegie" (actually Dale Carnagey) and his guide to being an ass-kissing social/business climber (which within an increasingly corrupt society does actually "work" -- provided you are willing to abandon things like scruples & ethics).
