I would go further than to leave her as others have said: you should also make sure to tell people about this and why you are leaving her. Also, I'd make sure you have a verifiable alibi during the next few months: when you refuse to get back with her, she's going to be pissed and might well seek revenge; she's already demonstrated her propensity toward violence, vengeful lies designed to destroy you are not too many steps beyond that.

good riddance. the ten month mark is when people are starting to be who they actually are around eachother. and you had a glimpse of who she actually is. shes also the same person who will show up unexpectedly while youre with a group of friends (possibly after an argument or heated texts), yell and scream, hit you and throw things at you and will not care whos there in fact the more people the better. leave her.
