The odds are that you have met other MGTOW, but the chances are, they are "in the closet" because they don't want to deal with all the fallout and shit that coming out and declaring that you have no interest in marriage or even dating would result in.

I was out drinking with a friend, we were talking about women and relationships. He threw the word MGTOW at me when I described my outlook; apparently what I had just described had a label.

Of course, this same friend has since married AND been divorced.

I think I might have, before I found out about MGTOW but after I was no longer dating women myself.

He was pretty smart though, and this was at work, so he didn't use the label or make strong pronouncements.

Never had as to say I knew for certain. But I would never talk about my lifestyle I live it.

However I do give guys the talk when I know that they are at their lowest point.

MGTOW isn't a thing I beleive that can be learned only life battles can do that

Maybe I'm to young, but all my close friends are in relationships. I've explained my reasons to some of them. They get it but still thinks it's an incredibly strange outlook. Time will tell I guess.

I see mgtow like a personal journey and have decided to choose my fights so I'm keeping pretty much everything for myself.

In case somebody's interested to know about my views on marriage, wymyn or whatnot, depending the context I'd give a straight answer or flat out lie. Celibacy is my choice and I don't feel the need to justify myself, proselytize or for external validation.

Browsing specialized forums, comparing experiences and dropping a few comments here and there is more than enough for my well-being.

I was huge into gaming back in college...i made good friends with some people women might find very undesirable.

I suppose these are the ones women would never try and date...its crazy and i kinda feel bad but honestly even fat and ugly women turned these men down sometime while i knew them...how i wish i knew about MGTOW back then so i could tell them 'hey its all okay'
