Rory is the number one golfer in the world. He's wealthy and talented. This isn't why you should be like Rory. Golf is difficult and takes RN's of practice.

Read his quote. He realized his potential was being restrained by romance. He made a decision to work on his craft. I recently posted a link on my Facebook page about Rory and his recent decision to end his engagement. Women that responded were upset because he "should've known about this before he proposed" and "men can't blame women for all their shortcomings and lack of prioritization in a relationship".

How very solipsistic...

What the women who blame Rory for damn near everything don't understand is that he did prioritize, she just wasn't number one. He broke it off, but he had every right to choose. Instead, the goal of a woman is to trap a man in a loveless marriage and hopefully split the proceeds. The irony is that his ex is "working on her tennis" and that's seen as a positive while McIlroy is looked at like a bad guy. Stay frosty boys.

Think about the situation from a financial perspective, it's moot. They're both wealthy. McIlroy made a choice to perfect his game (no one can be perfect at golf, constant pursuit of improvement, etc) and he realized that he could do that on his own. True financial freedom is the key, that's why MGTOW is so upsetting to women and society.
