Prenups and post-nups work but you need to have the WOMEN write the prenup and give it to you so your attorney can review it. This way she can not challenge her own prenup or claim she did not have proper representation or did not understand the contract.

Jamie McCourt has a Bachelors from Georgetown, Law Degree from Maryland and MBA from MIT and practiced family law. She claimed to not understand the contract.
