I doubt that these 'alphas' have an easy time of things. They are probably having a lot less sex than you think, and if they aren't, they are always skirting around danger.

Alphas, like what you find among musicians, celebrities and athletes, often rely on good management to keep the groupies, hangars-on, and maneaters away and, if not away completely, well bribed to keep them from making false rape accusations, or giving birth to love children, or talking to the press.

When that kind of entourage isn't there, the sharks close in.

Think of Patrick Kane and all the shit he got put through. Think of Arnold Schwarzenegger and the housekeeper. If you are a stud with a lot going on, you either get good management to protect you (and do what he says), or you learn the hard way when these women come around to taking everything.

I find it funny, because if women as a whole actually got their deepest fantasies fulfilled, and made it so that only 'hot' guys hit on them, and only 'hot' guys had sex with them, without any of the 'patriarchal institutions' of marriage, shaming and so on holding them back from their desires, they would quickly have all these 'alphas' either paying child support for multiple mothers, and thrown in prison when they couldn't pay, or they'd get them all thrown in prison over numerous rape allegations.

Much better to be us, gentlemen.
