Well, I'm still waiting for women to take over and lead us all to paradise. But they've already had all of recorded history already to do it already so I'm not holding my breath (but wait... no it didn't happen because they were 'oppressed' it had nothing to do with their actual nature). I haven't known women to be any more ethical than men, and usually they are less motivated to succeed.
