More proof women are actually more violent than men.
Violence is using force to make someone do something against their will. In this case, the attempt was to use force via the proxy of the state.
In other cases it is direct; we all know lesbian relationships have the most domestic violence, that in heterosexual relationships women initiate at the same rate as men but are more likely to use a weapon, etc.

Women are just as aggressive as men; it just doesn't always take the form of a direct physical confrontation.

When somebody is murdered, there is substantial evidence required, involving a thorough investigation to gather evidence, witnesses, possibly a confession, etc.

All a woman has to do is point a finger at a man and cry foul, and like dogs on command the police pounce the man and bring him in. Thus begins his uphill battle to prove his innocence, where in the best case scenario, his reputation will still be dragged through the mud and irrevocably damaged beyond repair.

This is indeed a modern example of Salem, with due process thrown out of the window.

The only solution, other than of course following "innocent until proven guilty", is to start punishing false reporters. At the very least, I see a reasonable case for civil suit of slander or libel when a woman falsely accuses a man of being a rapist/wife beater/etc. A criminal charge isn't out of the question either imo if malicious intent is proven.

Here's the type of news where the accusations of a crazy person ruins the claims of future victims in the eyes of the public.

Her REAL crime is undermining the statements of other women, NOT trying to put an innocent man in jail or stealing his money.

Also, no mention of criminal case against her (probably was a part of deal that got her to sign the statement)
