Ever notice that the people who are most adamantly telling men not to be "selfish" are themselves very selfish? I think the professed morality of most people is really just a smokescreen to get other people (particularly men) to do what they want.

It's like men can't be "heroes" in the eyes of anyone unless they sacrifice themselves for women and society.

Society epitomizes "heroes" because "heroes" are people who do all the work and sacrifice for everyone else without any reward except injury, misery, and death. People who love "heroes" would never once think of sacrificing for other people, even the "heroes" they generously award the posthumous status of "moral person" and forget about them within a few seconds.

Women and society define morality. They decide what's good and what's evil, and that's usually on the basis of who benefits them and who decides to keep his wealth and productivity to himself. They don't really believe any of their own moral rhetoric, it's just a way for them to manipulate men into falling in line with the moral principles of women and society. We saw this with the White Feather Campaign in Britain during WWI, in which women conspired with the state to label men as "dishonorable" or "loathsome" for refusing to march mindlessly into machinegun fire.

So the next time a woman tries to tell you you're selfish for taking care of yourself, remember the White Feather Campaign. Remember that the word "selfish" is only used by those who are selfish themselves to paint those who defy them as immoral and evil.

Women would sooner see you march into machinegun fire for them than let you go your own way.
