This is aimed to the second group. Given that you want children, when you want to have them? "When I'm financially sounded and I found the correct gal". That's perfectly fine, except for one reason, this will more likely happen once you're not so young and paternal age is correlated with a (slightly) lower IQ and other cognitive impairments:
