What to expect? Selfiness on her part. It will all be about her. Your problems won't matter. They'll just be annoying to her Every little thing in her life will be a big deal. She'll start fights for no reason. She won't remember the good things you do for her but she'll bring up the smallest bad thing from months or even years ago. Every penny you spend on her will be wasted, she won't even remember it.

Once you get past initial discovery phase it's pretty boring. Once you get past the boring phase you'll get to the nagging phase, where she'll want you to change this and that because she's not happy anymore.

All of the above can happen in 3 months, and honestly is not worth it. Men want to be loved but women are incapable of loving. To them, you're just a tool to satisfy her needs. Don't bother.

since I’m 20 by now. But, ya enlightened people have any advice about what to expect when going into one?

I'm in my 40's. Dude, stop worrying so much. I think maybe some of the disconnect is that many guys here have been married and/or burned by the system in some way. Also, some of us who are older have had relationships and they turned out bad, or sour, etc.

Also, MGTOW is a somewhat social reaction to hyper-feminism, extreme progressivism, some political, some with legit (and illegit) gripes. What you are experiencing is being young, driven by hormones and also a MASSIVELY sexualized society, with a very strong 'social' pecking order currently being enforced. It sucks. Believe me I see it everyday. What you need to do is focus on getting educated and either working full time, or part time with school. Keep busy and better yourself.

Here is a little advice. I used to think I was 'abnormal' for not really ever getting involved into longer term relationships. Sure, I do have some real attachment issues, but overall, most people that I know that got married, family, kids, etc. are all either miserable right now, or divorced. Some men are on the hook for big cash for a long time, others have OD'd on drugs, succumbed to alcoholism, or are in jail/prison, for getting fucked over by the courts. At your age, getting involved with many (really red flag/NPD/egotistical) women at your age, that might be a bad bad bad bad deal. Think with the big head, not the little.
