Seen this image and video some time ago. Does anyone know how far along artificial gestation of human fetuses within a laboratory has come?

In 2020 I feel like doing my own thing without a woman. I have my own business make alright money and want to explore having children within a lab.

Any positive input or information is valued. Don't worry I googled the sh*t out of incubators, cloning, female egg purchasing, gestation, embryotic development etc etc etc so random easily accessed info has already been done. Guess I am just looking for any insider information. :) Thanks men.
