There are no consequences for such behaviour, mothers probably encourage it, dads don't dare day anything or close their eyes, society at large doesn't give a sh*t...

About malls themselves, they're dying slowly because of online shopping, Amazon, Ali Express etc, so they will accept anything and everything.

Avoid these places if you can.
