What is a "normal life"?

Working a crap corporate job till you die? Getting married and divorce raped again, repeatedly, while seeking "the one"? Living in a cookie-cutter home in a suburb where the HOA finds you for a hot on your own property? Believing the media exists to report facts and politicians want what's best for us?

No thank you.

Hells yes! A lot of us are divorced or divorced with kids

grieve any emotion you have
you keep your integrity
your chances of peace of mind improve
a lot less nagging from cupcake
free to bang other chicks
control over your life
control over your money
authority over Children
sweetie won’t undermine you

If you get divorced think about it as your sentence being commuted and you’re set free from marital jail

Sure. But you haven't defined 'normal'. Obviously divorce and child support are extremely stressful events that change you. Some men change adversely, some change for the better.

Whether you survive these events comes down to attitude. And in fact, everything comes down to attitude. If you divorce and get taken to the cleaners, what will ultimately determine your future normality will be attitude.

Totally mate.

I have my kids 4 out of 5 weekends. Every room in my house is a man cave. I leave in the morning to go to work and when i get home it is STILL clean. Granted i pay a lot of child support but at least my money is mine. I do what i want when i want.

Divorce was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Damm i learned a lot through that journey though.

Yes. I want you to start hitting the weights. Reinvent yourself. Learn how to play guitar, for example. Reach out to me if you want to ever talk. Been there done that, brother. Also, make the effort to be there for your kids. These bitches will try to alienate you from them. Don’t let it happen. I recommend a book called “Say goodbye to Crazy”. There’s a lot of good advice in that book on how to deal with toxic women and documenting everything in order to back you up in Family Court. For example, make sure all communication with this woman is done via email so that you can back yourself up in court when she inevitably lies in order to spite you. The book also recommends that you wait 24 to 48 hours before responding to her emails as a way to keep her in line. When picking up your kids, make sure it is done at a police station where there are cameras so she cannot falsely accuse you of anything. I hope you have a good attorney just in case preferably a male one who fights for men’s rights

Normal is a hard word to define, but what I can tell you for sure being a son of divorced parents is nothing is the same after that. In my case it was the better for everyone and my parents still talking to each other always about me or my others brothers but in general terms that happens in not so much cases, it depends always in the kind of people you are dealing with.
