Are black men and Asian men more likely to be into exhibitionism and exposing themselves?

I go on social media website such as LiveLeak, WorldStarHipHop (rarely), FlyHeight, and etc. And besides most videos being black women or women in general twerking like fools or doing really stupid shit, you see videos of black men And Asian men masturbating and ejaculating on women in public. And I was wondering is there a reason for that or a fetish? Are they so into women they have to do that? I know other men are into exhibitionism, and NO majority of the black men don’t do that and I’m sure Asian men too, I heard that MGTOW started with intelligent black men anyway, but still I was wondering if there was a study on this? I heard that black men commonly have more testosterone then many other men and Asian men are one of the least desired race, but this just what a media says, but doesn’t make that true. I hope this question is related to this sub.
