I am from India, its clearly visible that most of the women who are stopped are not issued challans. They either pay a mere fine which the traffic police pockets and lets them leave. this is not only in case of women this is incase of guys too. But the fact is that most women do not even want to pay that small fee and leave. They just want to be let for free.
