Red Pills are individual packets of uncomfortable truth that goes against the current social norms and conventions.

Understand that we have been brought up to believe in many different fairytales and falsehoods because these provide comfort to the ego and also play to the benefit of others, women and society. Much like some children may believe in Fairies, other children may believe in Santa, and yet some others may believe in both Fairies and Santa, it takes time and maturity to realise the falsehoods that one has been told and to cast them off. Not everyone is capable of casting off all falsehoods as can be seen by modern flat-earth believers, who, despite all scientific evidence, still refuse to believe the earth is round.

I do not claim to know the entirety of red-pill truths but I'll just start with those red-pills dealing with the nature of women that come to mind, and maybe if I have the time, I'll do another separate list relating to men, and society/government:-

**Red Pill truths regarding the Nature of Women*\*

The foundation of all Red Pill Truths starts with Briffault's Law and its 3 corollaries:-

Red Pill #1: Females are selectors of the species: The female, not the male, determines all the conditions of the animal family. Where the female can derive no benefit from association with the male, no such association takes place.

Red Pill #2: Even though a woman has accrued past benefits from her relationship with a man, this is no guarantee of her continuing the relationship with him (also known as:  What have you done for me lately?).

Red Pill #3: If a woman promises a man to continue her relationship with him in the future in exchange for a benefit received from him today, her promise becomes null and void as soon as the benefit is rendered  (eg. Woman: "I will pay you tomorrow for a burger today" - once she gets her the burger, she will forget about the promise to pay you tomorrow). Essentially, this law says a woman's word is worthless and her promises are empty once the goods/benefits are handed over.

Red Pill #4: A man’s promise of a future benefit has limited ability to secure a continuing relationship with a woman, and his promise carries weight with her only to the extent that the woman’s wait for the benefit is short and to the extent that she trusts him to keep his promise.

After Briffault's Law comes a whole lot of equally important, but not always universally accepted truths.

Red Pill Truth #5: Hypergamy (also the 80:20 rule) - Women are generally hypergamous, preferring to select the top 20% (in either looks, status or wealth or a combination).

Red Pill Truth #6: Hypoagency - Women generally display a lack of agency, and tend to act as passive objects rather than active actors. They choose to display agency only when it benefits them.

Red Pill Truth #7: Morality - Women's concept of morality and of moral understanding is generally retarded at stage 3 (social relationship, belonging and being accepted) out of the possible 6 stages of moral development categorised by Kohlberg. This is at the same level of young children, which is also reflected in their behaviour. This is why the common refrain "Women are Overgrown Children" comes about.

Red Pill Truth #8: Feels over Reals (aka. Rationalisation Hamster) - Women are generally driven not by logic, but by their current feelings and current emotional state. Any actions or decisions they make based on emotions and feelings will be explained and rationalised later (also known as hamstering). Since emotions are volatile and changeable, this also means that whatever they say is true only for this particular moment, hence the rule of adding "for now" to the end of whatever a women says.

Red Pill Truth #9: Feckless & Irresponsible - Women generally cannot accept and will shirk away from accepting personal responsibility, even for mistakes and life choices which are entirely of their own doing (eg. "She rejected all the good and nice guys in her 20's to chase after bad boys and ride the cock-carousel. Now she's hit the wall and wants to settle down, but she cannot find a man willing to commit to her. Instead of taking responsibility for her past actions she places all the blame on men").

Red Pill Truth #10: Being average & Risk-averse - Gene and evolutionary studies have shown that throughout ancient history, a vast majority of women have successfully passed on their genes (as opposed to men where the ratio can be as low as 6%). Thus evolution has rewarded women for being risk-adverse and being as average as possible as this is the surest means of reproductive success. Thus women generally tend to display lower variance and tend to cluster around the average (as measured in bell-curves of intelligence, etc). and are generally adverse to risk.

Red Pill Truth #11: Status Hierarchy - Women do not compete on competence, instead they compete on social status in a status hierarchy. Having high status secures her the best mates and resources, and deprives all other females of those resources. This is a win-lose system ladder system. When one women goes up in a status (advances up a rung in the ladder), it means another has lost status (dropped down a rung). This explains why women are not inherently co-operative, as helping another women of a similar status advance will threaten her own status and consequently access to mates and resources.

As this post is long already enough - will stop here for now, but needless to say this is just the tip of the iceberg and there are many more red-pill truths, especially since we haven't even touched on men and society yet!
