I live in a large city (US) and travel for work to other larger cities as well. It is common, normal and expected for someone to bump into you sometimes or call your attention to something by tapping you. It is sometimes impossible to avoid contact, SF BART, SEA lightrail, NYC sub. Some busy crossings and squares are sometimes packed shoulder to shoulder. These women are just mentally disturbed.
