I support the MGTOW movement, as I believe dating for men has become heavily disadvantaged and more in favor of women. Many factors such as false rape claims, women having a much lower mortality rate compared to men, and just women in general being unappealing from a dating perspective have really helped wake me up.

For example, TV in general has a lot of shows that portrays men as a clueless, incompetent betas. Women, on the other hand, are portrayed as dominant, smart, intelligent and pretty much keeping everything together. I'm not saying these kind of individuals don't exist, but it's not the norm. The worst thing about this is that this fucks with many young people's minds growing up, and can lead to confusion on what is masculine and feminine. Men grow up feeling like they're only purpose is to impregnate females, and that's it. Women grow up having to be more stoic, and not show emotion.

However, there's issues I have with the philosophy, and areas where I disagree.

I don't agree with this anti female sentiment, and I think it's a sign of weakness. I can understand why given the circumstances, but it isn't solving any of the problems men face. Rather than give into our insecurities and constantly belittle our other sex, why not focus on our own endeavors? I think this would demonstrate, in a sense, that we are superior to modern day women; that we do not hold grudges and we enjoy life to our greatest degree.

The reason for this is because I do not think it's productive, and it's very feminine in behaviour. Despite these issues, a part of me does think modern day women do need a reality check, so maybe I'm wrong.
