I was at a house and a few ladies were greeting friends by giving hugs.

One guy tried to hug, thinking he was being funny and another lady laughed about it.

I put my arms to block and said "what the hell are you doing?", he backed off then and just walked away like a bad comedian who tells a joke and no-one laughs. The lady who was laughing suddenly stopped abruptly.

I'm angry with both of them now, how should I report them?
