sadly for people between the ages of 17 and 21 waking up early is something that body physically cannot do. The circadian rhthym is delayed.

I could not agree more, you have no idea how much better I felt when i started getting up @ 5:45 every morning. That might be extreme for some people but srssly. Started showing up early to get more done, i have gotten 2 raises since i started this and a promotion. Oh, way more sex

i would love to wake up early unfortunately i dont get off untill 630 am. I try to go back to normal somewhat on the weekends . its rrally hard to get enough sleep

the one thing i love about being jet lagged or changing times zones from Europe to the US is i'm wide awake at 4am ready to crush long before anyone is up.
