Errr. I call this fake news. How would 2 teenage girls like ever overpower a man? In my realistic world view that man would have grabbed one of those teen age girls as a weapon to completely smash the other one under the ground. Using the face of the first one as the face of the hammer. Thus face tanking each other to oblivion. Even if said man has 1 functioning upper limb left.

Maybe the man was into it and regretted it later on causing him to falsely claim rape on the girls who were just doing what their sugardaddy neighbour asked for.
