Just had an alumni email from my uni about coronavirus and they mentioned doctors graduating early to help, which is great.
But the image they used to represent it is just wrong in my opinion. They have this big image of the We Can Do It poster (This one) but it's a woman in a mask and doctors outfit.
This just seems dumb to me to use a poster used in ww2 that was for specifically only women, when a large proportion of the doctors, etc, will be men. The artwork was designed by a male student too, which makes it even worse.
Seems like another case of let's praise women for doing the same job as men but ignore the men.
