This situation is so fucked up. They put his daughter on an anti-psychotic and didn't even tell him which one? WTF? And, why does the retarded social worker think that he doesn't need to know about what medications his daughter takes? This is just dangerous on so many levels. Anti-psychotics are powerful drugs that can cause a lot of serious and potentially life-threatening side effects.

Also, WTF was this dumb bitch thinking when she said that children shouldn't drink calorie-free, caffeine-free soda? Aspartame is known to be safe in adults and children if people don't use too much of it.

Also, his daughter's weight is not healthy. The fact that he is weighing his daughter shows that he cares. Simply weighing a child and recommending that the child not eat too much food is not going to give the child an eating disorder. This is ridiculous.

On a more serious note, if you're talking to someone from the government and they take you into a room and close the door, you need to have a lawyer with you. Not, it's a good idea, but a necessity. At the very least they know not to screw with you.

They leave this child in his care for 8 hours, and don't tell him that she's on medication? A lot of daycare places REQUIRE that you fill out a form saying what medication the child is on so they know for liability reasons...

1: Don't fucking tell someone what to feed their kid. As long as it's not causing additional health problems, sit the fuck down shut the fuck up.

Those women don't give a damn about the girl's health, they're just enjoying abusing their power over a hapless man. If a parent doesn't have the right to know what medication his child is on, who does?

Her arguments are so typical of women - screw the facts, I'll just pull things out of my ass. Your daughter had chest pains after a little dancing? Nah, nothing to worry about. Oh, we put your daughter on medication, and we won't tell you what it is. We'll also tell daddy (the judge) about how you subjected your poor little daughter to the unthinkable abuse of looking up information related to her health. To top it all off, we'll classify your daughter as "developmentally delayed" because that gives us even more control over her life and yours.

I want to vomit. Manipulative criminal @#$%&! And to go on about sugar and food quality ... look at that thing. Sorry if anyone finds this offensive, but it is true - She's typical physique of CPS officers ... it must be a qualifying indicator for a CPS/DOCS worker, like low IQ for cops.

In this particular situation, it seems the child is living with the mother, but CPS is supporting her. This is what most people dont understand when they voluntarily involve themselves with family court - effectively you are saying to the govt, "I cant figure this problem out, so I need the state to help." The state therefore decides the parents are incompetent and takes over the battle. They choose a side and deliberately pit the parents against each other. I think they hoping the whole thing will fall apart so they ultimately end up with full custody over the child. In the US it's even more frightening in that they can even put kids up for ADOPTION without the parents consent - once they have custody.

It's related to money (what else?!) The more "troubled kids" on the books, the more funding they get. And if they can get a normal kid and apply a bunch of BS problems to them - like some mysterious "psychosis" or "developmental delays" - they get even more funding thru the system. Everyone has their hand in the cookie jar - CPS/DOCS, the therapists they force the kids & parents to attend, the doctors, the pharmaceutical companies, the lawyers and courts, the churches, the charities and NGOs like Barnados or Life Without Barriers, and even those foster parents so often put on a high pedestal for their "service" to children. It's a giant criminal scam. The truth is, the majority in the child welfare system are motivated solely by greed. Otherwise, on a lesser level, but ultimately just as saddening - it's simply to keep their jobs to keep up payments on their mortgages and credit cards.

Additionally CPS/DOCS operates as an extreme form of state indoctrination - especially if they are not successfully achieving that thru the school system. It is horrible the things they tell kids while they are in "care", not to mention the non-quality of that "care" much of the time. The manipulations you hear in this video, are no different to the manipulations applied to the children they kidnap, only more subtle. They prop-up the carers unrealistically so the parent/s finds it difficult, if not impossible, to compete. Basically, they do their best to bribe the kid and undermine the parent/s capacity to influence their child in any way. The younger the child, the more effective it is obviously. Slowly they turn the child against the parent/s.

Very little about the child welfare system is actually about the welfare of the child, let alone the family unit. The father mentions in the video that he asked his daughter what they told her the medication was for ... she's six years old. Her reply was, "to make me more cooperative." If that is not a giant tell as to what is wrong here, then what is?
