There are probably billions of planets in the universe and thousands of them are confirmed to exist. I find it probable that aliens exist somewhere. But I've seen no convincing evidence that they've come here or that they know about us.

I think they'd have to exist in the same relative time and space as us for us to ever know it, but that some lifeforms have probably existed in the universe's long history elsewhere than earth

Advanced aliens don't exist, or they would have colonized the galaxy by now. Or as a minimum, we would have noticed them. We're it lads. The pinnacle of God's creation that renders meaning and existence to it all.

An alien means pretty much any life form consisting of cells so. The universe is endless. There are atleast bacteria, plants or small animals elsewhere. We just cant reach that level of proof yet.
