Dude, it's not that hard (pun intended)....just see them as cum dumpsters for you to get off, rather than wanking it yourself.
Then spend all your free time, working hard and banking cash or having fun playing on your hobbies....
That last part of simping out, is the hardest....you need to stay on the MGTOW path...keep reading here and talking with older guys that have gotten divorce raped to keep your head on straight.
Always have one foot out the door in ANY relationship, and once she shit tests you or breaks one of your rules, you walk right out the door and don't look back. NEXT!

This is the paradox, isn't it? That by standing firm and not giving shit to a woman, they fall all over you.
I have a ex like that. I broke up with her and gave her nothing. She still calls/texts me every few months and I ignore them. I bumped into her and she said that "I'm playing her well" meaning that my lack of responses is basically a game making her want me more. I said "I'm not playing a game".
It doesn't sound like you will simp out in the future; I think you have your head on straight. The more you think about relationships with women the more you understand they are just vacuous. Which you do so I don't understand what advise you want here. Seems like you are living the way you want and not allowing women to dictate.
But I don't despise women (even though many women including my daughter think I do), I just understand what they are (now that I'm 60) and accept that there are vast differences between the genders. No right/wrong, just very different.
