Family courts only care about screwing over the male.

Mom could bring a gun into court, drunk, fire it at the judge and all the judge would do is look at you and say "that's going to cost you an extra $50/month".

That judge isn't going to care that mom asked you for $. Get a paternity test before you pay a cent.

What many of the bitter victims of the family court process around here refuse - or lack the perspective to acknowledge - is that generally speaking, the pendulum has slowly begun to swing back in favour of co-parenting and father’s rights (in most places).

That said there is almost nowhere left where things like a partner’s rampant infidelity are even remotely taken into account by the courts when it comes to divorce/custody. Even criminality of the kind your referring to won’t matter because judges are going to be more worried about her demonstrated parenting capacity and overt risks to the child’s well-being. If you had proof of drug addled johns banging mom in front of your kid, that might be different.
