Men, YOU are the prize, not them. Society expects YOU to provide therefore YOU are the prize. Don't let anyone ever convince you otherwise.

I am a failure. I failed at being a simp and the realization that I failed at it was glorious thing.

If any woman in today's day and age of equality, job availability, and "strong and independent" women has to look at a man's earnings to determine whether or not that man is good enough for her then that woman is a loser in life and a hypocrite. Beware and engage such women at your own peril.

Society can go to hell for all I care. Being the prize or not really makes no difference, although I see your point and it's not wrong.

Or, use it to your advantage.

I'm 51 and never had too much of a problem. I might be lucky though because I am short haha. Might be harder for a Chad or someone over 6 feet.

You act like being short is end of the line. Why?

Well there are some chada out there that are short. It all comes down to a few traits, more than just height

I appreciate what this post is trying to say but god damn it's really hard to feel that. Like i'm only 17 and I have no idea what to do after high school. I feel like my life is already over before it has even started.

I felt the exact same way.

You will meet people who will change your life.

Keep doing your thing

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points13 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Thanks brother, shit's just tough sometimes.

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points13 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

You are way further ahead of the curve than I am/was. I am 51 and if I knew at your age the wisdom this sub has then I would be far better off than I am now. That is even that I never married, retired at 43 and owned my home outright at age 47. Going MGTOW at around age 45 helped me to fully retire.

Count your blessings. You are just starting out and learning extremely valuable wisdom that will serve you very very well if you just play your cards right.

Thanks man, shits just hard because like I guess my entire like world image was shattered. I always wanted to find love and start a family but with all this information I don’t even know if it’s possible. I don’t want my bloodline to end with me but on the other hand is it even worth it?

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You'll get there whichever way you decide to go. If you get married and have kids then when/if she decides to divorce rape you then you were forewarned and have no one to blame but yourself. However, you might find your soulmate and live happily ever after, but you know the chances of that happening are very slim.

I used to want to find the one and after it taking over 20 years from "my first true love" (lol, yeah right) dumping me on the phone to finally it getting through my thick skull women's true nature I am extremely thankful that I never married or had kids. That is just me, your mileage may vary.

Just never forget that women are a depreciating asset while your value will increase over time. Women are designed by nature to take your resources from you and spend them. It is how they evolved. You are designed by nature to amass resources to give to women to spend. Its how you evolved. Ying/Yang however women fucked up the Yang and broke it by going all feminist on us. My suggestion is to use that feminism to your advantage and disengage from them. Due to feminism society to longer forces you to get married to be that provider. You can be free if you choose to be and society by in large won't blink an eye.

The fact that you are here tells me that you have a good head on your shoulders. The main thing for you is to do what makes YOU happy, not her.

It took 7 years, dropped out of college twice, quit one trade school, quit one trade, worked 6 shit jobs. Then as I was working at an ok place in a jack-of-all-trades kind of fabrication/construction job... I happened into a machine shop to pick up some tooling we had ordered. Something just... clicked. I immediately enrolled in a machinist course at the local tech school. It made sense, felt right, like I said... it just clicked. I worked a few shit entry le el kobs getting really good experience , and 3 years later I found a niche in the trade. 22 years later, I still enjoy the work. I still feel challenged by the jobs I'm given. And... I'm well compensated . All the jobs and experience I got working what I thought at the time were shit jobs are invaluable to what I do now. Even the three years 'wasted' in colleges plays into mcy skillset.

What I'm getting at is - don't be afraid to try different things, and don't be afraid to fail at them. Move around, quit jobs, try different avenues of education... and don't stop looking. Your future is out there somewhere... and if you're not afraid to work hard, listen, and learn, you can find it.

Thanks brother, I've always taken an interest in biology and anatomy and helping people so the medical field is probably for me. I was thinking joining the army and becoming a combat medic but idk just yet.

Idk I guess I just yearn for that brotherhood and camaraderie that a lot of military members have with each other. Just something about being part of a brotherhood and fighting for something greater than yourself entices me a lot.

Find something you love doing and makes you money, and run with that shit. The rest will fall into place.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Thanks man, I appreciate the advice.

[–]Coffee_Hero2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I've wasted about 5 years of my life being an entrepreneur after my bachelor's and masters. I'm now 30 and well established in my field of study. Trust me that it gets better with time, allow yourself to try stuff and to abandon them if they're not the right path for you. As long as you keep working on yourself, you will be the prize. I'm noticing more attention from women now that I'm 30, but it's mainly because they didn't focus on working on themselves and are trying to leech on men that have their shit together. You will see what I mean one day my friend.

[–]Alter_Amiba0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I felt the same way too. In fact, pretty much didn't get truly comfortable and confident in my career choices and life until my late 20s. Keep moving around until it just clicks. Don't stay in one place just because you think it will get better. Don't be afraid of change. Take risks.

Good luck

I’m 22 and I’ll tell you firsthand that personal growth and being open and social will get you everywhere. I dropped out of college a month before I was supposed to graduate 2 years ago. I now own a business and just bought my dream truck as well as making many connections and learning new things every day. I am blessed and extremely fucking grateful, and it might not happen to you like it did me, but trust me. Just be patient, enjoy the time you’re in now, like it or not, and grow. The world has a funny way of finding you once you’ve found yourself.

[–]SoloAssassin450 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

felt the same way, spent yrs depressed, hope things work out better for ya

[–]TripleMaxor11 points12 points13 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Love yourself it's important. Money, women, looks don't define you.

Yes, only women need constant external validation from society and her bf. We men must have a sense of security from within.

[–]TigPlaze2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I refuse to provide. Women can earn their own damn money.

Non serviam.

[–]inaudibleelf0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Or you know.... No ones a prize? Because if everyone's a prize it would be a pretty shitty one.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Men are a prize in the way an antelope is a prize for a lion. More like prey for a predator I would say. Best to keep your eyes open for movements in the long grass and run like hell if a woman suddenly pops into sight.
