In short a black male (BA) ask this Karen to put her dog in a leash while at central park. After she leashes the dog, she is unable to control it and it begins to be chocked. BA records this, Karen goes nuts over this. She eventually calls the cops saying

"...a black man is threatening me in..." The magic words. Words that have been said so many times before. If he wasn't recording I bet the cops would've loved to have done things to him.
