Depends. Is he an orbiter, meaning low SMV? Or is he a possible branch for her to swing to, meaning he fucks with girls at the same SMV as your girl? If he's an orbiter, then my opinion and experience is that it's a good thing because orbiters offer that attention fix women need with low risk. Just keep an eye on it and if she starts talking about him to you with that look on her face then that's a problem. If he's a potential branch, then that's a problem and she's about to swing. If she's about to swing then you need to make the first move to end it. Otherwise you will get the talk in a few weeks "I fell out of love, I need to find myself, I need to learn to be alone" and all that BS. And you will be hurt by the rejection, which is why it's better for you to take action first.

You should next her or start going on dates yourself. Don't kid yourself, going 1 on 1 with a guy (from work, not some lifelong friend) to grab some food on a weekend is a fucking date.

Personally i would invite some chick for a beer on a friday, other chick on saturday and continue doing this shit until she comes back begging for forgiveness and decide from there. If she doesn't come crawling back i would just dump her, since it's not the stuff i expect from ltr. I would even dump here right here, right now, but that's just me.

How the fuck did you even get in ltr without establishing barriers? All my former ltr (except my first) knew if they pull that shit it's game over. My first ltr (i was 19 and there wasn't any rp on the net back then) went for a coffe with a guy from her uni, but without telling me. I found out, broke with her through sms and blocked her phone. Some days later she called me from some other number crying and she told me it was just a freind, that she didn't want me to be jealous, that she loves me and some other bullshit. I just said "It's over" and hung up. Then i cried like a little bitch. It was the first and last time i cried because of some fucking chick. I was right all along since a month later they were together.
