How do you deal with progressive women or people?

So there’s going to be a time in anyone life where they’re goin to have to deal with progressive people. Mine is right now.

My managers hate my guts.

Employees are simping but it’s on a professional level, not to achieve pussy but to achieve a promotion. It’s literally the same mindset though.

They think if the kiss the feet of the managers their lives will be completely better.

I never felt like that was something I ever needed to do and my numbers speak for themselves.

I subscribe to the idea that if you don’t think I’m doing a good job, then fire me and I’ll find a place that appreciates hard work.

How do you deal with these women who are constantly rude, mean and nasty which promotes their progressive movement?
