Nowadays if you want to refer to people with XX chromosomes you can't use the term "woman" anymore, thanks to progressive feminism and their gender identity shit...

So you need to refer to the sex, which is either male (XY) or female (XX). The only other possibility is a defect called Klinefelter syndrome (XXY) and it happens sometimes with males. And that's it, sex has only two possibilities defined by chromosomes.

Those feminists forced us to use the term female as gender woman doesn't mean anything anymore...

I use the term female because ladies don't exist any more, women sounds like females over 30 and I'm not in too them, and if you try to use any other words, they try to claim you're a pedo even though its obvious you're into legal age and above. So the only safe way to refer to them is by saying female and giving an age range.
