Why is it not illegal? Because it’s difficult to describe how a man perpetrated this crime. How can the hamster wheel spin this so that a man is at fault? Until you answer that, then it can’t be made illegal.

Anything that women uniquely do, is never held to accountability in society. Because this would mean there’s no man to blame.

I’ve had this discussion with people before. And they are usually caught off guard with this mountain of evidence. Not only can a woman lie and commit paternity fraud, but it’s illegal in some places for the man to get the paternity test and thus use it to end things. Women can also make sure to withhold knowledge of paternity long enough for the window of time for a man to contest it to close. Thus he’s on the hook and even if he is. Or the father, he will be held accountable.
