I work a grocery chain where most the workers are in my relative age range, I’m working out whether I’m interested in interacting with these people, or if I’m using personal interest as an excuse to avoid social responsibility. Some dude at work, lame sense of humor, obnoxious as hell, got into my head about “living in the moment” and now I’m here wondering if I really do give a shit about my social/sexual proof in this place. I don’t want your bullshit opinions, all I want is to know the kind of questions I should ask myself.
