-invest in yourself: you’re literally your greatest resource. Invest in your health, education, and mental health
-be as independent as possible. YouTube basic homesteading things as well as car repair etc. Most women find those things daunting as they are associated with masculinity but trust me, more often than not they’re quite simple to learn
-MENTAL HEALTH IS EVERYTHING
-you’ve been socialized your whole life to compete with and hate women. End that way of thinking and embrace your sisters
-trust your gut, especially about men. Don’t be afraid to leave a situation because you don’t want to “hurt his feelings”. Your safety is paramount
-stay away from older men. They prey on young women and wish to mould you into what they want. No matter how “mature you are for your age”, stay away from them and your primary focus should be on yourself
-always keep a little cash stashed away just in case. Also if you’re in an abusive situation keep an “emergency bag” full of money and items needed to make a quick exit. Have a burner phone with emergency contacts as well
-“No”, “Stop”, and “I’m not interested” are complete sentences. You don’t need to explain yourself when you reject people
-lift weights. No seriously. Make your body as strong as possible. Not only are women at risk for osteoporosis but society wants us physically weak so bulk up and get to lifting and make yourself a threat
-every time a self deprecating thought crosses your mind ask yourself “who benefits from my low self esteem”? Instead of buying superficial items, search within yourself and learn self love
-make sure you have 3 hobbies: one that keeps your active, one that helps you unwind/you do for pleasure, and one that can possibly be lucrative
-never put any man above yourself. You’re not a drop in the ocean, you’re an ocean in one drop

Be warned that men will try to cross your boundaries -sexual or otherwise- too, regardless of where you set them. If a man’s immediate response to you telling him no is to the beg/continue to push you, dump him immediately. If you say no to something, but he asks for it on different occasions (while respecting your boundaries each individual time), dump him immediately. It means that he doesn’t respect your boundaries and can often get pissed at you for having them, holding them against you later. It means that his ultimate goal is for you to consent to this thing and will continue to ask until you eventually do, just to get him to shut up.
Any guy who openly states that they’re a nice guy or a feminist is almost always toxic in one sense or another. They act like they’re really woke, but they’re not and require much emotional support while also ignoring you. Most of the male feminists just have a handful of phrases they could use while being unaware of actual feminist issues, possibly being MRAs in disguise while hiding behind the feminist label.
Finally, the worst type of guy is the one who says ’I’m not like other guys’ in response to being worried about things. This is gaslighting as he’s invalidating your feelings based on your experiences by basically saying ’I wouldn’t do that to you’ rather than recognise your feelings and possible trauma. The world is an unsafe place for women and any guy who says ’I’m not like other guys’/’you can trust me’ in response to you telling them about the things women go through (eg: being drugged, raped, etc) is someone who doesn’t respect women or their boundaries nor recognises that we are unable to tell the genuinely good men from the bad ones so we have to be careful of all of them until we know them better.

I would say be extremely careful and I mean extremely careful about the men you let in your life. Watch out for the nice guys and the men who claim to be feminists. Learn and look for all red flags, read books like Why Does He Do That. Develop extremely strong sexual boundaries and understand that if a man tries to cross them he’s dead to you from that moment on.

While I don’t exactly agree with the way this is framed, pretty solid advice overall.
