A little back story- first off, you guys were right, not that I am surprised. I made a recent post about a guy that had recently been putting in very low effort texts out of nowhere, even though he insisted that he was very interested in me. Initially he seemed crazy interested, but was obviously pulling back, but denying what he was doing.

He told me his work schedule, and I asked him if last night would be too late for him , and he just replies, "Nah." After I had told him to pick the place a couple of days ago on a topic we decided on, it was radio silence for about 24 hours, and even though our date was scheduled for yesterday, I did not hear from him all day until I reached out in the evening.

I sent him "?", and he just texts back "What's up." I asked him if we were still on for tonight, and didn't get a reply back until an hour later where he said "I'm sorry, I just don't feel like going out tonight."

I lost my cool and told him to get f*cked, and thanked him for wasting my time. I know, I shouldn't have done that, and I should have just blocked and deleted, but I feel that after the several chances I had given him and the hot and coldness I just lost my temper. I just cannot stand mind games.

I have a lot of work to do as far as my vetting process goes.

I guess I dodged a bullet, though. This is the same man that told me, "Good American women are like classic, good American cars. Curvy in all the right places like a coke bottle, just as God intended. Foreign cars are like foreign women, no curves just boring. Where's the fun in that?", to which I responded, "Are you an actual person talking to me right now, or a walking meme. Can't say the same about American cars and American men. Muscle cars tend to not have pot bellies and receding hairlines."

To which he quickly changed the subject.

I am embarrassed that I even entertained him, honestly. I guess I had rose-colored glasses on, especially after that nonsense he threw at me.
