I grew up with him. He's one of my best friends. We work out together, have the same group of friends, have the same hobbies etc, he's like a brother to me.

Last year me and him had a huge fight though. He basically ditched all of his friends for his ex-girlfriend. She ended up cheating on him and he came crawling back asking us to forgive him.

I did and we're friends again now. This happened in July. Ever since we became friends again I noticed him lying about girls. He always claims he gets a lot of pussy but I barely see him with girls, it 'magically' happens when we're not around.

I didn't care though, but lately he has been hitting on two of my plates and even plates of my friends. He knows I mess around with them, yet he tries to seduce them. Even had sex with one of my plates but I didn't care. Now, last weekend he was dancing with another plate of me. He came up to me and asked if it was okay if he fooled around with her, since she had been 'commenting on his Instagram posts'. I don't know what he meant by that since I don't have social media. I guess it meant that she's interested.

I'm happy for him and give him the green light. Told him I wouldn't mind and that he should definitely go for it. But I think the girl was using him to make me jealous since she found out I had been messing around with other girls.

Up to this point I gave no shit but yesterday we made plans and he ended up flaking last minute. Me and another friend were waiting 1 hour for him and he never showed up, didn't bother picking up his phone or texting back. Then my friend opened his social media and saw our friend hanging out with my plate. I don't care if they hang out together but he's ditching his friends again for a girl.

I don't know if I should feel disrespected or not? I don't care if he hangs out with her because he asked me but the fact that he flaked on us, made us wait for him and even lied about it, claiming he was at a family party made me rage so hard. How to proceed?
